Career transition workshop set for March 7 at Penn State Abington

Penn State Abington invites workers who are experiencing a career transition, unemployed or underemployed to a half-day conference on Wednesday, March 7. Participants will learn individualized strategies to help them succeed beyond their current career reality.

A panel of respected human resources and business alumni will offer their insights on resume techniques, proactive networking, entrepreneurship, professional certification and returning to school for credit.

The conference, presented by Abington Alumni Relations and the Continuing Education department, runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Lares Student Union Building. The fee is $20 and includes breakfast.
