Eight lots on campus are for upper-class students. They are designated on campus map as Lots G, H, J, K, L, and M. The first-year student off-campus parking lot is located at Memorial Field. See campus map

How do I appeal a traffic ticket?
Appeals can be submitted through your account on the Penn State Abington Citizen Portal. All appeals must be submitted within 14 days from date of the citation.
What do I do if my car breaks down on campus?
