Information for Career Fair Representatives

Parking and Arrival

  • Arrival and setup on October 30:  9:30am to 10:30am (please do not arrive before 9:30am)
  • Please carpool if at all possible.  Parking is very limited on our campus.  Free parking will be provided for employers in Lot H next to the Athletics Building.
  • Use this Google Maps link -OR- this Apple Maps link for directions to Lot H.
  • Your parking pass/map was sent in your confirmation and reminder emails.  Show this to our security officer on your phone as you arrive to Lot H.  (If you do not have your parking pass, you can show your employer ID or a business card.)
  • A golf cart will circulate throughout Lot H to deliver your materials to the gym.  Golf cart drivers can give your boxes and bags a ride, but they are not allowed to transport employers.
  • Enter the Athletics Building at the doors by the tennis courts.

Post Your Positions

Use your job posts in our JobBox and in Nittany Lion Careers to generate interest and drive student traffic to you at the event.

Complimentary lunch will be provided for representatives 12:00pm to 1:45pm on the mezzanine.


Closed Event

Our event is open to all Penn State students and alumni from all Penn State campuses.  Please do not ask non-Penn State candidates to meet you at our fair.  They will not be admitted.

Please send your materials to arrive no later than Thursday, October 24, 2024.  We will set your materials on your table for your arrival.
 
After the event, please bring the materials, packaged and labeled for return shipping, to the Employer Check-in table.

Space is very limited. Priority will be given to diversity-minded organizations that are also registered for our Internship & Career Fair on October 30th (see event info above).

2024 Part-Time Employment Fair

Registration for employers will open in mid-summer
 

Held at the same time as our annual campus Involvement Fair, with 400-600 students expected.

Open to local companies and organizations to promote part-time employment opportunities. Employers must offer flexible, reliable, and convenient part-time jobs in our local area to be considered for participation.  Space is very limited - not every request to register can be approved.
