Thought leaders headline TechCon at Penn State Abington

Join tech experts and learn about their visions for how technology can help create sustainable communities at the Penn State Abington TechCon and Innovation Challenge.

ABINGTON, Pa. — Penn State Abington invites the public to attend the first TechCon and Innovation Challenge on Saturday, March 25, beginning at 8:30 a.m. 

Tech thought leaders from industries including healthcare, and finance will lead morning sessions on the digital transformation of communities, healthcare, and businesses as well as ways to connect businesses to communities. 

The afternoon will feature an innovation challenge where attendees can share solutions for community issues through technology. Participants will be organized into teams and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. Closing remarks and the awards ceremony will begin at 2:15 p.m.

The event costs $25 and includes breakfast and lunch. Please fill out this registration form. Penn State students, faculty, and staff may attend at no charge, but they must register in advance.

The TechCon and Innovation Challenge is presented by Penn State Abington Continuing Education.
