Student Conduct Board Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Penn State Abington Student Conduct Board! Board members have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the campus community while developing and/or enhancing critical thinking and communication skills; and promoting civility and citizenship within the Penn State Abington Community.

Composition and Purpose

The Penn State Abington Student Conduct Board is composed of a select group of students and a faculty/staff member who serves as Conduct Board Chair.  These individuals hold the responsibility of hearing cases in which there is a potential that a student may be suspended or expelled from the University.

Eligibility

All students requesting consideration for the Penn State Abington Student Conduct Board:

  • Must be in good conduct standing with the University
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student at the Penn State Abington campus
  • Be available to participate in Student Conduct Board Training
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude

Training and Orientation

All members of the Penn State Abington Student Conduct Board will be required to participate in orientation and training sessions. The first of these sessions, based on the availability of the board members, will be scheduled to take place prior to the end of the Fall Semester.

In an effort to assist with successfully scheduling the Fall Orientation Session, please provide your availability:
