ABINGTON, Pa. — Registration is open now for more than 200 summer courses offered by Penn State Abington. Classes are available to students enrolled at any Penn State campus as well as undergraduates from other universities and colleges.

“Summer is a great time to take a course that you really want to focus on, especially with our small class sizes. You can get ahead, stay on track, or take a course you need as a prerequisite for your fall schedule. It’s also a path toward graduating sooner," Eva Klein, director of academic services, said.

Nearly 75% of the summer 2023 course offerings are taught either synchronously or asynchronously by Abington faculty experts. A compete course list that indicates whether the class is offered online or in person is available here.

There are also three information technology certificates that can be started over the summer:

Non-Penn State students should confirm with their college/university that the selected courses/credits are transferable to their home institution by emailing [email protected] to obtain a copy of the course syllabus.
