ABINGTON, Pa. — The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) named Penn State Abington sophomore Marah Hayes its women's lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. Hayes has already earned Offensive Player of the Week honors twice and becomes the first player in the NEAC this year to earn both Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors.
In one week, Hayes scooped up 20 ground balls, won 20 draw controls, and caused 11 turnovers in two games.
