Eric J. Barron, pictured here at his desk in Old Main, began in his new role as Penn State's 18th president on May 12. Barron was named president on Feb. 17, and has nearly 35 years of experience in academic administration, education, research and public service, as well as fiscal management within large and complex institutions.
They are students, athletes, and roving ambassadors for Penn State Abington. At the annual sports banquet, they finally had a chance to relax and celebrate their dedication and sacrifices, milestones and friendships.
