The Penn State Abington men's soccer team will have a chance for revenge in the NCAA Division III tournament after the Nittany Lions found they would be traveling to Lynchburg College for the first round.
The nationally ranked (15th) Lynchburg College Hornets will be hosting the tournament over the weekend, fresh off an ODAC championship and a 15-game unbeaten run. The Nittany Lions earned their slot in the tournament after a late goal from Hernando Villamil in the NEAC Championship over SUNY Poly.
Earlier in the season the Nittany Lions traveled to Virginia and lost the earlier meeting between the two teams when they were shut down by the Hornets 4-0 in the Roanoke College Kick-off.
The Nittany Lions will face the Hornets in the first match of the tournament on Saturday November 11, at 2:00 p.m. and the winner will face the victor of Dickinson College and Emory University on Sunday.
