How do I attend a drop-in?
CAPS holds in-person and virtual Drop-In hours at the following times each week (no appointment required):
In-person Drop-In at Cloverly Building, First Floor:
- Tuesdays 1:00pm-2:00pm
- Thursdays 3:00pm-4:00pm

Are drop-in meetings private?

No. Discussing concerns with your current therapist is recommended. If you next appointment is not soon enough, it's best to contact your therapist directly to determine if you can be seen sooner.
What if I cannot attend drop-in hours?
