Eating Disorders Resources
- National Crisis Line for Anorexia and Bulimia: Eating disorder helplines are staffed by professionals who are knowledgeable about eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. Even someone who is not ready to seek treatment or is unsure if they have an eating disorder can benefit from calling an eating disorder crisis hotline. The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders. NEDA supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care.

- Black Brain Campaign: The Black Brain Campaign is geared to help the community learn more about mental health and to advocate to ensure treatment is culturally informed. To reduce the stigma and improve the mental health in the community by providing education, resources, and advocacy.
- The Ladipo Group: The Ladipo Group is a Black-owned company dedicated to the emotional wellness of Black and African-American people and communities.
- Radical Therapy Center: Radical Therapy Center provides trauma informed, client-centered services and products that have an intentional anti-oppression lens. Located in West Philadelphia.
- Melanin & Mental Health: Find clinicians that are culturally competent and dedicated to helping minority communities using this directory.
- NQTTCN: The National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network (NQTTCN) is a healing justice organization committed to transforming mental health for queer and trans people of color (QTPoC). They work at the intersection of movements for social justice and the field of mental health to integrate healing justice into both of these spaces.

- 1in6: 1in6 is a national organization dedicated to helping men who have had abusive sexual experiences in their childhood live healthier, happier lives.
- RAINN: Nationally, RAINN (Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network) provides information and a 24-hour hotline. ( 1-800-656-HOPE)
- PSU Victim & Survivor Support & Advocacy: If you or someone you know has experienced sexual assault, sexual harrassment, dating or relationship violence, stalking or sexual exploitation, the University is committed to giving you the help and support you deserve. This resource is focused primarily on dating, domestic, or relationship violence concerns given our current climate.
Addiction Resources
- National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency Hope Line: NCADD provides information and support for addicts and the families about understanding addiction, how to seek help for yourself or a family member and where to find treatment programs and support groups. NCADD has 90 affiliates across the country offering alcoholism and addiction recovery support services, which can be found on their website at https://www.ncadd.org or by calling their 24-hour Hope Line. - SAMHSA: The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) collects information on thousands of state-licensed providers who specialize in treating substance use disorders, addiction, and mental illness.
LGBTQ+ Resources

- The Trevor Project: The leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.

Help For Veterans
- Veterans Crisis Line: If you're a Veteran in crisis or concerned about one, there are caring, qualified VA responders standing by to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Veterans Crisis Line is a free, anonymous, confidential resource that is available to anyone, even if you are not registered with VA or enrolled in VA health care. - Aldersgate: A non-profit social services agency that offers counseling for children, teens, adults, and families and provides services for organizations such as schools, courts, child welfare agencies, police departments, and adult and juvenile probation. - Growth Opportunity Center: A comprehensive mental health provider offering psychotherapy, psychiatric, group, psycho-educational, and specialized programs and services. Located in Southampton, PA. (215-947-8654)
- Creative Healing: Creative Healing is a Teen Support Center with 3 locations in the Greater Philadelphia area: Flourtown, King of Prussia and Philadelphia. They offer individual and group therapy for teen and young adult self-expression, support and skill-building with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed practices and LGBTQ-affirming care.
- HPA Wellness Center: A Philadelphia based mental health practice offering counseling, psychiatry, nutrition, and coaching services for individuals, couples, and families.
- Behavioral Health Choices: A mental health practice that is physician led and provides psychological and psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapy for children, adults, couples and families. Located in King of Prussia, PA. (484-685-0965)
- Central Behavioral Health: A non-profit, charitable, multi-service behavioral health facility offering a full spectrum of behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Accepts Medicaid and uninsured. Located in Willow Grove, PA. (215-828-2220)
- The Light Program: A mental health intensive outpatient program that treats individuals in crisis or those struggling to function on a regular basis. Walkable from Lion's Gate. Located in Jenkintown, PA. (610-644-6464))
- Victim Service Center: A non-profit organization located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania that provides free and confidential comprehensive support services to crime victims, their families and significant others.

Inpatient Resources
Malvern Behavioral Health Young Adult Program provides acute inpatient behavioral health treatment programs for young adults ages 18 to 26. We focuses on key stressors that impact young adults, provides individualized treatment, and work with each person to develop proper support, skills, and education so they can thrive in everyday life.
