Front Desk Assistants
During the academic year, the front desk at Lions Gate is staffed 24/7 by front desk assistants. Front desk assistants are student workers who receive training that empowers them to serve as a resource to students.
Front desk assistants answer questions, assist with mail, sign out University equipment and supplies, and can assist students with connecting with a residence life professional staff member.
While all Penn State Abington students are eligible to apply for a front desk assistant position, we have found that Lions Gate residents appreciate the convenience of having an employment opportunity that is mere steps away from where they live.
