Siemens Health Services, Malvern, PA (November 1991– July 2014):

· Finance Officer – Sr. Director Strategy Finance (2011- 2014): Performed competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to identify key areas of improvement versus major competitors.

· Financial Officer- Global CRM / International (2007- 2011): Financial management of $30M portfolio for non-US markets. Established new market entries into China and India, while continuing to develop markets in Japan, Mexico, South Africa and Middle East.

· Director of Strategic Projects Office (2005-2007): In conjunction with consulting firm (Boston Consulting Group) directed the planning and execution of major strategic initiatives targeting $65 million in productivity gains and over 5 year strategic plan.

· Financial Officer – e.Health (2000-2005): Responsible for all financial operations of the e.Health segment. Exceeded segment profit targets 5 out of 6 years, and grew revenues from $100 million to $300 million over this timeframe.

· Manager of Budget and Forecasts (1991-2000): Responsible for developing annual operating and capital budgets of $600-700 million.
