Yoga, Fitness, & More is designed to empower teens. Students are encouraged to express themselves through yoga and taught to become more attuned to their immediate environment. Meaningful connections are explored between art, literature, and yoga. This camp is perfect for teens in high school to help manage stress and encourage mindful thinking.
This camp focuses on:
- The practice and understanding of yoga
- The literature and art of yoga to gain a deeper understanding
- The benefits of yoga which include stress reduction, increase in focus, the promotion of self-care and overall wellness, and the encouragement of mindful living/choice.
