Life Skills 101

This workshop is designed to help your student gain confidence, learn life skills, and develop their soft skills in order to become a well-rounded and independent individual. Soft skills include communication, listening, and empathy, to name a few. This skillset is vital in the workplace and in every educational setting. Life skills, or "personal skills," are essential in the maintenance of a healthy mind and body. It is important we teach students how to first master themselves, their thoughts and emotions. Without learning "who" they are first, they will never be able to master understanding someone else's emotions, thoughts or feelings.
