Introduction to Coding
Join us for a week of coding fun where young people will be introduced to the field of information technology. Students will participate in multiple activities that will teach them how to use basic computer coding language in Scratch, culminating in the creation of their very own video game!
This camp focuses on:
- Learning introductory coding language
- Learning basic coding techniques and principles such as sequences, loops, variables, etc.
- Learning how to make a basic computer game
- Participating in the opportunity for students to use comprehensive knowledge to create their own games throughout the week
