Among other places, Maren has shown her work at Temple Contemporary in Philadelphia, The Freehold Art Gallery in New Jersey, ARAMark Headquarters in Philadelphia and Temple Rome Gallery in Rome, Italy. Maren’s work has also been published online at Apart from her more traditional drawings and paintings, Maren creates drawing and painting based installations that remove these mediums from their traditional 2-dimensionalilty, and push them into an all-encompassing experience that invites the viewer to become a passerby in a moment which materializes before them. Maren’s work provokes imagination and joy through its feeble attempt at storytelling, rather humorous crack at materiality and neurotic fixation to detail.
