Trauma, Adversity and Recovery in Sports
This program helps young athletes understand challenges in sports such as injury, pressure, and setbacks while learning healthy ways to cope and bounce back. Using age-appropriate, trauma-informed activities, campers build resilience, confidence, and emotional skills that support both athletic performance and overall well-being.
Social Work in Athletics and Career Pathway
This program introduces athletes to supportive resources in sports and teaches life skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Guided by trauma-informed and strengths-based practices, campers learn how to seek support, support others, and grow on and off the field.
