Life Skills is a two-week virtual program designed for teens ages 14–17 to build self-awareness, confidence, and real-world readiness. Week One focuses on understanding “self,” with lessons in emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, self-discipline, self-forgiveness, setting healthy boundaries, and adapting to change. Week Two shifts toward understanding others and the world, covering effective communication, time management, organization, and social expectations. Through interactive activities, reflective journaling, and group discussions, students will gain practical tools they can apply at home, in school, and beyond. This camp helps teens develop lifelong skills for success in personal growth, relationships, and decision-making—delivered in a fun, supportive, and relatable way.
