March 8 (11:59 PM) – Online Submission Deadline

Please submit the following materials:

  • Poster title
  • Student author list
  • Student bios (2–3 sentences each)
  • Project summary (maximum 45 words)
  • Thumbnail image

Make your submission! 

April 1 (11:59 PM) – Final Materials Due

  • Lightning talk video (*.mp4 format)
  • Final poster (*.pdf format)

April 14 – Judging and Friends and Family Event

Location: Penn State Abington Athletics Building

  • Judging (by appointment): 2:00–6:00 PM
  • Friends and Family Fair: 6:00–7:30 PM

April 15 – ACURA Poster Fair

Location: Penn State Abington Athletics Building

  • 12:10 PM – 1:55 PM

ACURA Poster Fair Judging

  • Posters are judged by Abington faculty representing each academic division.
  • Posters are evaluated based on content, visuals, and oral presentation.
  • Information literacy awards are judged by faculty from the Library.
  • Winners are announced at the poster fair.
  • Winners are invited to present at the fall colloquium.
