Students, faculty and staff at Penn State campuses across the Commonwealth gathered Oct. 6 to help kick off "All In at Penn State: A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion." With the June 20 announcement of six more seed grants to Penn State campuses, the Invent Penn State initiative covers 13 locations around the Commonwealth.
This spring, Penn State awarded approximately 13,600 diplomas to students University-wide, bringing the University’s number of graduates to an estimated total of almost 774,000. Many of these graduates celebrated their accomplishments at campuses other than University Park.
Stand for State, an initiative aimed at empowering Penn Staters to stand up for one another, kicked off this week with University-wide events. Many of the decorations and giveaways were inspired by Green Dot, a national leader in violence prevention education.
