After the commencement ceremonies ended, the new Penn State Abington graduates and their loved ones spread out across campus taking pictures at iconic places such as the Lion Shrine and the duck pond.
Members of the Penn State Abington class of 2023 earned their diplomas, "survived and thrived," and achieved their goals despite the impact of the pandemic on their college experience.
Penn State Behrend awarded 632 degrees at its spring commencement ceremony. Dr. Ala Stanford, a health policy adviser who was named a “Top 10 CNN Hero” in 2021, gave the commencement address at the ceremony, which was held at Erie Insurance Arena.
