Discover the link between mind and body. Using the principles of yoga, learn about ways to live your life with meaning and purpose. You'll have the opportunity to attend a meditation session and experience the asanas (yoga poses). For this session, please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and shoes that you can take off easily.
