Meet your Penn State Abington Welcome Peer Leaders!
Welcome Peer Leaders (WPL) is a peer mentoring and coaching program that pairs new first-year undergraduate students with current students to support their transition to Penn State Abington. Trained WPL mentors connect with incoming students at the start of the summer and serve as their guides from high school to college. The program enhances knowledge of campus resources, fosters a stronger sense of belonging, and cultivates a peer support system aimed at helping new Penn State students succeed.
