Please help lessen the spread of flu this season

Both seasonal and H1N1 influenza are expected to affect high numbers of individuals this year. The exclusion of ill individuals from public, school and group gatherings is key to lessening the spread of the flu. If you are ill, please remain home during your illness and recovery. If you have a fever (100 F or higher), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends limiting contact with others until you have been without a fever for at least 24 hours.

Thank you for your help in keeping our community healthy!
