Celebrating 75 years: An Art Contest
Unleash your creativity and showcase your talent in our exciting art competition. Penn State Abington students can submit original pieces that celebrate 75 years of Penn State Abington. Works by the winners will be appear on the campus website, on official print materials, and in the Sutherland Building.
Deadline: November 9
Prizes
- First place: One $500 Amazon gift card (if more than one artist, it must be split among the individuals).
- Second place: One $250 Amazon gift card (if more than one artist, it must be split among the individuals).
- Third place: One $150 Amazon gift card (if more than one artist, it must be split among the individuals).
Eligibility
- Student/students enrolled at Penn State Abington during the contest period. It is open to solo artists or teams.
- Must be original work.
Rules
Deadline: Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025
Entries: Images of the artwork must be submitted as a .jpg or .png, through the Forms application. Limit submissions to one piece per Form. Groups, teams, or student organizations are welcome to make a joint submission.
By submitting artwork, you attest to your ownership of the work. You also agree that Penn State has the right and license to redistribute the image, royalty free, on its various communications channels including but not limited to Penn State Abington website, social media, and print materials.
If your artwork includes images and likenesses of individuals other than yourself, by submitting the artwork you attest the consent of the other subjects to be included in this contest, and potentially have their image shared broadly on Penn State platforms.
