Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation

PMP® Exam Preparation

About the Program

The Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation course is designed to prepare you for the PMP exam taken through the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.

The Pennsylvania State University is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (A.T.P.) and is committed to enhancing the ongoing professional development of PMI Members, PMI-certified Project Management Professionals, and other project management stakeholders.

This 36-hour course will focus on not only the tools and techniques used to better prepare for the PMP exam, but also the instruction surrounding the different types of methods and strategies on how to take the exam. The course will provide the necessary guidance throughout the entire process of applying for the exam, as well as what is required to keep the certification upon successful completion.

Career Potential

The PMP® Certification is an in-demand credential in the nonresidential building construction and architectural, engineering and related services industries. Common job titles include project manager and engineering project manager.
