Business Administration Associate Degree
This two-year, college level academic Business Administration major provides instruction in business administration that fulfills the requirements of various
levels of responsibility higher than High School graduates. Provide a managerially oriented program with:
- communicative and mathematical skill;
- socially relevant course work;
- advanced courses in specific business specialties.
Graduates of the Business Administration major may qualify for admission to the baccalaureate degree Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Humanities, or Public Policy majors offered at Penn State Harrisburg.
Or they may qualify for admission to the baccalaureate degree Accounting, Business Economics, General Business, Management, or
Management Information Systems majors offered at Penn State Erie, the Behrend College.
Associate in science degree in business administration, a minimum of 68 credits is required.
Letters, Arts, and Sciences Associate Degree
- broaden student understanding, interests, and skills;
- help student become a more responsible, productive member of the family and community;
- offer a degree program with sufficient electives to permit some specialization.
Letters, Arts, and Sciences is a complete two-year degree major. Graduates who later seek admission to baccalaureate degree majors may apply baccalaureate credits toward the new degree.
Any 800-level credits taken in the Letters, Arts, and Sciences program are not applicable toward most baccalaureate degrees. In addition to a wide
variety of baccalaureate majors offered at the University Park Campus, graduates of the Letters, Arts, and Sciences major also qualify for admission to the baccalaureate
degree Behavioral Sciences, Elementary Education, Humanities, or Public Policy majors offered at Penn State Harrisburg. Or they may qualify for any of a large number of
baccalaureate degree majors offered by Penn State Erie, the Behrend College, in business, the liberal Arts, and sciences.
Associate in Arts degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences, a minimum of 60 credits is required.
