We recommend applying via our on-line application.
It is important to note that Penn State needs to receive your final high school transcript and the official transcript(s) from the accredited college or university that you will be transferring from, before we can process your application.
If you prefer to submit a paper application, please complete the following form, requesting one be sent to you. Complete the application and submit it along with your official final high school transcript, your official college/university transcript, and a check or money order for the application fee to:
