Penn State Abington's Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) provides students who are Pennsylvania residents and have been educationally and financially disadvantaged an alternative method for admission.
EOP candidates are students who demonstrate the potential to be successful college students, but who may require specialized and structured academic support.
