Outstanding Part-Time Staff Award - outstanding service to college community
Margaret & Robert Wiley Staff Educator Award - creatively serves the role of educator to clients and colleagues
Unsung Hero Award - demonstrates supportiveness, is a team player, enhances the environment of the department
Staff/Faculty Collegiality Award - consistently expresses qualities of teamwork, empathy, respect, consideration, helpfulness, creativity, and optimism
Jules L. Lear Staff Dedication Award - staff member who has been at the college for ten years and who exemplifies dedication and commitment

Staff Advisory Council Purpose
To improve communication, advise the Chancellor on policies and decisions affecting the staff, and promote better morale. Spring 2008 "Munch & Learn Programs"The Council has twelve members: four from each employee classification (Exempt, Non-Exempt, and Technical Services). Each Council member is committed to serving a three-year term.
Accomplishments
- Designing the New Staff Orientation
- Designing the Mentor Program
- Launching "Munch n' Learns"
- Governing the annual Staff Awards for Dedication, Staff Educator, Unsung Hero, and Outstanding Part-timer
- Creating the Leadership Certificate program
Last fall, John McNulty (center, rear) volunteered his time and 42 years of research to conduct a private tour of the Gettsyburg Battlefield for this faculty and staff group. All enjoyed a beautiful fall day and gained an enormous amount of knowledge.
