Policy

All photography requests must be:

  • reviewed by University Relations for importance and intended use
  • submitted by a faculty or staff member
  • submitted at least two weeks prior to event/speaker date
  • directly related to a Penn State Abington event/speaker

University Relations does not guarantee that a photographer will be available at requested event. If specific people or groups are not specified, photographer will use best judgement while photographing event.
