SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
As indicated in Policies and Rules for Students, The Pennsylvania State University does not tolerate sexual harassment of its students, faculty members, and staff. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational environment.
