MID-SEMESTER EVALUATION (POLICY #47-70)
At the end of the sixth week of classes during both fall and spring semesters, each instructor shall evaluate the performance of each first and second semester degree candidate or provisional student. If any such student has a grade of less than "C," the instructor will notify the Registrar, who will then notify the student and his or her advisors that the performance is unsatisfactory.
