ACADEMIC ASSIGNMENTS
The major responsibility of the faculty is to provide high-quality instruction. While course content should be consistent with departmental guidelines and the catalog course description, the mode, style, emphasis, and sequence of instruction are matters of individual decision based upon the faculty member's professional judgment.
Teaching assignments are made by the Division Heads. Assignments are based upon course approvals by the Abington College , and contact hour loads that are consistent with college and University guidelines and instructional needs.
