A Penn State Abington "Buddy" is to commit yourself to spend free time with a matched international student from England. The British students will be taking a full load of classes on our campus during their stay.

University of Gloucestershire (UoG) students visit to Penn State Abington Saturday, April 16 – Sunday, April 24, 2011
What majors are they?
BNU students are Criminal Justice and Sports Management students. All of the students from UoG are business students. To complement the academic portion of their program, they will be involved in numerous cultural activities.
The Buddies play a critical role in the cultural immersion aspect of the Penn State Abington program.

The International Students will have many questions to ask you about the campus, surrounding areas, and American life. Please be open to their curiosity about life in the United States. This is also an opportunity to learn about the customs and culture of the UK and develop international friendships.
