Non-Penn State Student
Summer tuition at Penn State Abington for Pennsylvania residents is $423 per credit. Non-PA residents pay $665 per credit.

Tuition and other charges are due in full before students are considered registered. The University reserves the right to revise tuition and fees without notice.
Tuition payments can be made in person or mailed to the Bursar's Office, 122A Sutherland Building , 1600 Woodland Road , Abington , PA 19001 ; or to 103 Shield Building , Penn State University , University Park , PA 16802 . Checks or money orders made out to “The Pennsylvania State University” may be mailed in advance of the beginning of the semester.
A $50 late payment fee will be charged if payment is received after the due date shown on your tuition bill. An additional fee is charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
Deferment Plan
Penn State 's deferred payment plan allows students to defer payment of two-thirds of their semester bill, paying one-third of the semester charges each month for three months. The first one-third of tuition and fees is payable by the due date of the semester bill and the remaining two-thirds is payable over the subsequent two months. There is a $45 fee to use this plan, payable with the first payment.
Information Technology Fee
Students must pay a non-refundable Information Technology Fee. The technology fee varies depending on the number of credits you take:

Adding credits on or after the first day of the semester could result in a corresponding increase of the fee. Dropping credits on or after the first day of the semester will not reduce the fee.
Tuition Adjustment Schedule
If registration has been completed and you subsequently withdraw or drop to part time, a refund will be made according to the Tuition Adjustment Schedule.
