Meet the Counselor
Rachel Breskman, MEd, CAC is a licensed psychologist and certified addictions counselor from the Growth Opportunity Center in Huntingdon Valley. She has also been in private practice since 1991. Rachel has worked in diverse settings from inpatient treatment centers, to outpatient programs, and schools.
Interests: Trauma and childhood abuse recovery, depression, eating disorders, addictions, self-harming and compulsive behaviors and family of origin issues.
