Project Management

Our Project Management Certificate is now being offered for credit! This is only for the cohort taking their first course in January 2012 and does not apply to those already enrolled in the certificate. To register for the program, you will need to fill out a non-degree application and mail your check in to the address listed on the form, or you can register by calling 215-881-7400 and we are happy to take your registration and payment information over the phone. Books are not included in the price. There is also an additional technology fee of $82 per semester. Click for more information.

Project Management Bootcamp

• This 3-Day Intensive course will provide an overview to Project Management, common definitions of five process groups and nine knowledge areas.
• Recognize roles and responsibilities of being a project team member, sponsor, or leader.
• Participants will demonstrate practical planning tools that can be applied to real time, work related projects. For example: Team Contract, Work breakdown Structure, Project Network Diagrams, and Earned Value.
