This is an overview program to acquaint individuals in business and industry with some of the key principles in Project Management from the 5 process areas and 9 knowledge areas. Those that should attend include: team leaders, new project managers, business analysts, and those interested in learning more about the core competencies of Project Management.
You will learn how to use the basic planning tools, including:

• Scope Statement
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Project network diagram (PND)
• Project cash flow plan
• Team-based risk identification, quantification and response definition
• Communication plan
• Change management plan.
