Janet C. Moore, MBA, PMP
Janet Moore is an experienced, hands-on business consultant providing individual and organizational guidance to improve performance. She is an experienced Project Management instructor for both public and private institutions.
Ms. Moore holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS from the University of Maryland. She is also a certified PMP (project management professional).
Gary Somma, MBA, MS, PMP
Gary Somma is an accomplished business consultant who has worked with companies for more than two decades, helping them to resolve organizational issues and break down management barriers to achieve outstanding results. Gary has gained his solid knowledge of the business world through education and experience. He earned a BS in business from LaSalle, an MS in education from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA at Penn’s Wharton School of Business.
Memberships include PMI and the National Defense Industrial Association. He was twice a board member of the Delaware Valley Chapter, of PMI and initiated the annual tools conference, and is currently starting a chapter branch in Delaware. He earned his real-world perspective during 10 years in industry in manufacturing and project management.
Ann Tomalavage, M.S., P.E., PMP
Ann Tomalavage has more than 30 years of professional experience, including 20 years of project management and process improvement. Expertise in project management training; mentoring project managers; development of project management processes, systems and culture; group facilitation; workflow improvement; PM and project team mentoring, coaching, and auditing.
Ms. Tomalavage earned both a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. She is a registered PE (professional engineer) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a certified PMP (project management professional).
James W. Trexler, MBA, PMP
Jim Trexler has been actively involved in the Energy industry since 1995 serving as an analyst, process improvement specialist and project manager. He has extensive knowledge in both gas and electric markets while currently managing projects for the largest Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) in the world. Jim acquired Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Root Cause (Tap Root) certifications to acquire expertise in assessing organizational issues and implementing measures for continued process improvement. Currently, Jim is responsible for managing the program for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application at PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.
Trexler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Penn State University. He also earned his MBA from West Chester University. Jim is PMP certified and a member of PMI. For the past decade, he has provided training in a variety of sectors ranging from gas deregulation to incident investigations at Nuclear substations.
Gabriel Young, MBA, PMP
Gabe Young has been active in management training and post-secondary education since 1995 and has managed enterprise projects since 1994. He has worked as a corporate trainer for national training organizations, created training programs for companies such as Comcast, and delivered project management training to PMI staff. Additionally, he has been a faculty member of Penn State University since 2004, teaching in the project management certificate program on campus and providing project management instruction for corporate clients through Penn State Abington's Workforce Solutions. He has prepared hundreds of aspiring PMPs to pass their PMP exams and provides free questions on his website (www.pmtestcenter.com).
A certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), Young has experience managing projects with varying levels of scope. As a project manager, Young gained much of his experience managing projects and programs for many of the world's largest pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. He began working in that particular industry in 1997, when he led CRM rollouts for two of those companies. Moreover, Young also managed internet portfolios for several of his clients, including Merck and Johnson & Johnson.
Young received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics at Penn State University. He also earned his MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph's University. In addition to his PMP, Young has completed his Six Sigma Black Belt training and is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in MS Project and MS Project Server, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and CompTIA Project+ certified. He is a member of the PMI and is currently serving his eighth year as a judge for the Web Marketing Association.
