This program is designed for those who already possess a Certified Food Manager Certificate and want to renew it. There is a review and update of food safety principles covered in the original certification course. Topics will include: HACCP review, updates to the food code and more.
Please bring your most recent textbook, certificate and a picture ID. Current edition of the textbook may be purchased for an additional fee.
Note: If you work in Philadelphia County and need to be recertified, you will need to sign up for the Initial Certification Course and re-take the exam in order to be in compliance.
