Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulations state that a food service establishment shall employ or designate at least one certified supervisory employee who has completed and passed an approved certification course.

This 16-hour course includes 8 hours of home study and 8 hours of class time. You will be sent the textbook to read in advance and to complete the chapter quizzes. The class time will be informative and highly interactive. At the conclusion of the class, you will sit for the national exam. Course topics include:
