Program Description:
Ever had to investigate anything? Just the facts, right? Whether grilling your teenage daughter's new boyfriend, cross examining an adverse witness, or completing a forensic audit, a successful interview encompasses more than the facts.
This seminar focuses on the study of nonverbal body gestures as well as the analysis of the verbal clues that may help you get to the bottom of the issue. Sighs, covert anger, smiles, hand motions, or other movements may signal one thing-- you are dealing with more than "just the facts".
Instructor:
John Ellington is a practicing attorney with over 15 years of experience in interviewing and witness preparation in a variety of settings. This new seminar is a follow up to Mr. Ellington's popular fraud program from fall of 2007.
From Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr Ellington has prosecuted a variety of interesting and often strange cases. This seminar is sure to be one that will help you in your field for years to come.
