Program Description:
This program can help you understand how to conduct yourself professionally as a lawyer; how to interact and communicate with clients, opposing council, jurors, and court officials according to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Civility. In addition, you can learn how to manage your practice and perform fiduciary responsibilities in an equally appropriate manner that is in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct. Learn how and why to perform fiduciary responsibilities in an appropriate manner that is in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Finally, learn the purpose and functions of the Disciplinary Board and
learn what resources are available to lawyers.
Your instructor:
Jeffrey M. Engle, Esquire, CPA, has been a practicing Attorney and Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years. He has experience in many areas of business and tax law, including corporate and partnership taxation, business transactions, estate planning and administration, Federal Estate taxes and Pennsylvania Inheritance taxes, Fiduciary Income taxes, tax services for individuals and closely held businesses, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Engle has conducted seminars for various organizations in the areas of Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates, Estate Administration, Individual and Business Taxation and Business Transactions. Mr. Engle is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Sections of Taxation and Trusts and Estates of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Engle received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law.
