Students can strengthen vocabulary and grammar skills as the new test demands. The course will also focus on the ability to develop and support a position in writing the required essay. Test-taking strategies will be explored and practice tests given. Students should bring a notebook to class the first day. All other textbooks and materials will be provided.

Reviews basic concepts in number theory, algebra and geometry. Also addresses basic test taking strategies: how to pace yourself, when to guess, how to approach multiple-choice questions and answer open-ended questions. Students should bring a notebook to class the first day. All other textbooks and materials will be provided.
* A discounted fee of $260 is offered for students registering for both the math and verbal courses.

Registration confirmations will be e-mailed. On the confirmation please note your Penn State identification number. This number will be necessary for all future registrations, correspondence or inquiries.
Course Cancellations
Courses may be canceled or postponed by the University due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is canceled, registrants are contacted, and a full refund issued.
