Penn State Abington works with a dedicated faculty that provides management and supervisory development programs to employees throughout Pennsylvania and, increasingly, throughout the nation. This service in the last 50 years has served more than 5,000 clients and 100,000 employees. Faculty have at least ten years of managerial experience as well as extensive backgrounds as adult educators.
We work with organizations to:- Improve productivity and competitiveness;
- Enhance communications and teamwork;
- Improve human performance; and
- Increase awareness of long-term benefits of an on-going training investment.
