| On-site Credit Programs and Services |
On-site credit programs can benefit your organization and its employees by offering:
- The opportunity to bring credit programs that can lead to a degree directly to your worksite;
- Complimentary open houses to inform employees of on-site credit opportunities with Penn State;
- Flexible scheduling—we offer courses before, during, and after work, at your convenience;
- Individual participant meetings at no charge with Penn State adult student counselors to help returning students chart their academic journeys;
- The same cost per course as it would be at any Penn State campus;
- A needs assessment to gauge important organizational issues to integrate into course curriculum;
- A four-hour “Skills for Academic Success” course to help returning students make the transition back to school;
- The possibility to include guest lecturers from a client’s organization;
- The Penn State Step-Up Program, which allows students to complete credit courses in certificate formats, which can stand alone as a professional distinction or be linked together toward a degree.
