Learn to make your fantasies take flight as you hone your writing skills. Learn how to bring your characters and creatures to life in the stories you write. Use vivid details and descriptive writing to make the adventures in your world a reality. Develop a map and character sketches of the universe you will create. Focus your writing while exploring the magic of fantasy.

Have you ever wanted to test your creative writing skills? Do you have dreams of becoming an author, poet, or famous playwright? In this program you’ll be able to script your own short stories, poems, narratives, and biographies to form your very own writing portfolio. Join us for a week of creative writing and hands-on activities, all culminating with an end of the week “open mic” performance where you will share your work to an audience of snapping applause!
