Description
Successful entrepreneurs need to marshal the people, money and resources to make their dreams a reality. This program will help budding moguls make it out of the toddler phase of entrepreneurship and into adolescence and adulthood with confidence.
Use a nine-step model to describe what real leadership looks like and how to lead and grow a successful enterprise.
